WSOP Awards Bracelet To Ivey

As the world renown casino and poker player Phil Ivey admires the sixth (count them six!) World Series of Poker bracelet that he gets to sport on his wrist, many people in the world of online casinos are not the least surprise with his incredible performance. At this year’s competition, held in the heart of Las Vegas, Ivey was able to crush his competition. His performance in the casino was all the more remarkable considering that he was not even very familiar with the style of poker that he was playing. For those online casino players out there who have such high regard for their favorite professional players, this should elevate Ivey to some sort of new and much more highly esteemed status among his legions of fans.
He was able to beat out the likes of John Monnette, a remarkably skilled casino and poker player in his own right as he went on to the top spot in the event. Monnette, to his credit, was still able to leave the scene with a cool $59,586 under his belt for his finish in the second slot. This was a competition that fans of online casinos were watching the world over and it proved to be a thrilling competition with many turns and surprises that kept people on their toes.

Not too many people were surprised, however, when Ivey managed to score the bracelet. As casino fans know, the person who wins the top spot is able to leave the scene with a highly coveted World Series of Poker bracelet and this time around it was Phil Ivey who broke through the throngs of players to take the top prize.
