PPA Fights For Players Rights
The Poker Players Alliance has come out with harsh criticism of the United States Department of Justice in regard to their actions in terms of stripping the rights of players at online casinos and poker rooms across the country. The PPA has indicated that the Department of Justice has overstepped their boundaries legally and essentially ignored the rights associated with everybody’s need for access to due process. The seizures that took place recently through all of these concerns out the window.
The accusation that the PPA has put out basically says that the Department of Justice Official shave grossly misinterpreted the law as it is written. The PPA is keen to let all online casino and poker players across the country know that this situation will not be taken lightly and the actions of the people who conducted the seizures will not stand up in a court of law.
People who visit online casinos in America deserve to have their rights protected like all other citizens. The Justice Department seized the money that people had won at casino gambling sites and this is a terribly ordeal that the PPA will not take lying down.
But the PPA is adamant that fans of poker and casino games should continue to play on as usual and that poker sites are working to pick up the slack and to make sure that everything holds up even in regard to the checks that bounced thanks in large part to the seizures. Some poker sites have gone so far as to add on special bonus deals as a way of trying to help make up for the inconvenience of the effects on gaming experiences that the seizures created.
