After questioning some 2,000 different casino and bingo players, the study showed that some three-quarters of all of the players pay regular visits to the chat rooms. More than half of the players who took part in the survey indicated that they had formed new friendships while playing the casino and bingo games.

An increase in the social networking aspect of the online gaming environment means that players have even more reasons to come and visit the sites.
