Boyle Poker Challenged Their Sponsored Player To A Special Contest

With Boyle Poker’s latest attention-grabbing challenge putting their sponsored poker player Peter Murphy in a race against time to turn a measly $100 into $10,000, they seem to have really outdone themselves this time. Fans of Murphy and players coming onto the site will be able to watch as Murphy wields his clever skills and tries to beat the system with only a small pile of bills to start with. As he goes he will be writing about the experience in detail on the Boyle Poker blog so fans can have all the access they need to every detail of the challenge as it plays out.

He has turned a smiling face toward all of the naysayers who think that he won’t be able to come out on top and is excited to prove everybody out there wrong. Murphy began playing poker only three years ago and in that amount of time it seems that he has done remarkably well in mastering a truly challenging and strategy-based game. He has walked away with more than 80,000 Euro from competing in live tournaments. Those wins include coming out in seventh place at the Irish Poker Championship in 2009 and finishing in a respectable fifth place at the Irish Winter Festival of the year 2008. He also managed to place fourth in the BoylePoker.com International Poker Open that took place last year as well.

This player has a very respectable record playing at all levels of online poker including everything from $1/$2 on up to $10/$20. He is going for the ultimate glory in this Multiplier Challenge and he has decided to compete under the name “murphymultiplier.” He will begin the event at micro limits and work his way up through all the different levels.
